Office & Warehouse Low-Voltage Infrastructure for Precision Garage Doors in Phoenix, AZ

AZ CCTV & Security partnered with Precision Garage Doors to design and install a complete low-voltage and structured cabling solution for their new office and warehouse facility in Phoenix, Arizona. This project focused on delivering reliable network connectivity, organized infrastructure, and integrated surveillance cabling to support both day-to-day operations and long-term scalability.
From Cat6 data cabling and network wall jacks to access point wiring, camera cabling, and network rack preparation, every element was installed with performance, reliability, and clean workmanship in mind.
Structured Cat6 Network Cabling for Office Connectivity
To support office operations, our team installed high-performance Cat6 structured cabling throughout designated office areas. This included:
- Ten (10) two-port Cat6 wall jacks
- Four (4) four-port Cat6 wall jacks
All data runs were routed back to the central network closet and terminated at the patch panels to provide organized, dependable network connectivity for workstations, printers, phones, and other office equipment.
Each wall jack was professionally installed, labeled, and tested to ensure consistent signal quality and long-term performance.
Access Point Cabling for Full Facility Wireless Coverage
To ensure strong and reliable Wi-Fi coverage across both office and warehouse spaces, we installed and cabled four (4) wireless access point locations:
- Two (2) access points in the office area
- Two (2) access points in the warehouse area
All access point cabling was routed back to the network closet patch panels, providing a clean and scalable infrastructure ready to support secure wireless connectivity throughout the facility.
Surveillance Camera Cabling for Security Coverage
This project included structured cabling for thirteen (13) security cameras, routed from camera locations back to the central network closet patch panels.
Customer-provided cameras were professionally installed and mounted by our team, ensuring proper placement, alignment, and secure mounting for reliable video coverage across office and warehouse areas.
Network Closet Build-Out & Rack Infrastructure
To support organized network equipment installation, we prepared and built out the network closet with the following components:
- One (1) wall-mounted plywood backboard to securely mount the network rack
- One (1) 12U network cabinet
- One (1) 48-port Cat6 patch panel
- One (1) 24-port Cat6 patch panel
All structured cabling was neatly dressed, terminated, and labeled at the patch panels to create a clean, serviceable, and future-ready network environment.
Customer-provided networking equipment was installed by the client inside the cabinet, while AZ CCTV & Security supplied and installed all Cat6 cabling, wall jacks, and patch panels.
Professional Cabling, Termination & Testing
Every cable run was professionally terminated, tested, and labeled to ensure secure connections and consistent signal integrity.
Proper termination and organization help minimize downtime, simplify troubleshooting, and support long-term reliability across the entire low-voltage system.
Complete Installation of Cameras & Access Points
Although cameras and access points were customer-provided, AZ CCTV & Security handled full installation and mounting of all devices.
Each unit was carefully installed and connected to the structured cabling system to ensure proper operation, clean appearance, and dependable performance.
