This project focused on replacing an outdated 4-channel NVR with a higher-capacity 8-channel NVR, integrating new Overwatch surveillance cameras, and adding two (2) License Plate Recognition (LPR) cameras to strengthen vehicle monitoring at key entry and exit points.
8-Channel NVR Surveillance System Replacement
At the core of this project was the installation of a new 8-channel Network Video Recorder (NVR), replacing the HOA’s existing 4-channel system.
To preserve existing footage and maximize value, we transferred the community’s existing 2TB internal hard drive from the old NVR into the new unit. This allowed continued access to historical recordings while benefiting from improved system performance, expanded camera capacity, and enhanced reliability.
Overwatch Camera System Integration
As part of the upgrade, we installed new Overwatch CCTV Cameras to enhance overall video clarity, low-light performance, and coverage across key areas of the community.
These cameras provide reliable monitoring, improved image quality, and dependable performance for day-to-day security needs.
License Plate Recognition Camera Installation
To further strengthen perimeter security, we installed two (2) License Plate Recognition (LPR) cameras at HOA-approved locations based on the provided system layout.

Professional Cabling & Pre-Wiring for New Camera Locations
